Hardee’s on Monday rolled out its new Country Breakfast Burrito — two egg omelets filled with bacon, sausage, diced ham, cheddar cheese, hash browns and sausage gravy, all wrapped inside a flour tortilla. The burrito contains 920 calories and 60 grams of fat.

Last week the veterinarian gave me the news that no Person-with-Pet wants to hear. Jimmy, my 12 year old cat, was diabetic.

I spent my lunch break listening to street musicians, Coco and Lafe. Not something I would normally listen to, but they had great chemistry and Coco had this twang in her voice that made me stick around and listen for an hour. Check out their album. ‘nuff said.
