The bacon, egg and cheddar poppyseed bagel sandwich at Cosi elevates my blood sugar unreasonably for 5 hours. I end up taking 3-4x times the amount of insulin I would normally take for any competitor’s equivalent.
All of their other menu items affect my BG in predictable and expected ways.
