The best part of my three day weekend lasted about six minutes this morning. My neice, Lydia, recently joined the Boston Children’s Chorus and they performed two songs to start off a festival sponsored by the Fenway Cultural District called Opening Our Doors! Those kids were so talented that my sister Emily and I got a little misty-eyed watching them.
Afterwards, Emily mentioned that the gallery that was hosting is a great place to buy inexpensive art from students or alumni of the School of the Museum of Fine Arts. I will need to go back and check that out.
The only other weekend contender was a great night over at Adam and Sean’s on Saturday. Check Trevor’s blog for the details on that. Peel!
