I’m beginning to doubt that my cat is diabetic.
He’s up to 8 units total of Lantus a day. As a comparison, I eat like a pig and take 50-60 units daily.
To me, it just seems seems like 8 units of insulin is excessive for only one cup of diabetic food. His water consumption and urination habits have only marginally improved.
He’s going back to the vet.
